Making a Donation

Can you support the Knoll Residents Association by making a small donation?
We used to collect £1 subscription from every resident door-to-door but this wasn’t sustainable, particularly during COVID.

Our newsletter represents our greatest single expense and whilst the costs of printing the newsletter are now generally covered by advertising, we would like to do much more as an organisation – whether that is bringing together the community with more events (as we did at the Jubilee Beacon), or generally improving the Knoll area.

We would be most grateful if you could make a small donation, but of course you are under no obligation to do so.

We do not record specific donations but please note that our Constitution requires that any individual donation in excess of £50 is recorded in meeting minutes by the committee, to avoid any accusations of favour or preference. A suggested donation of £5 per adult per year, for those who feel able to donate helps us to run the association on your behalf.

If you would like to make a donation to the Knoll Residents Association, you can do so here by clicking the donate button below, which will take you to the PayPal site.

Please note that PayPal will take a small fee for this service. (This is taken from your donation, so is not an additional cost to you).

Alternatively, please consider a direct bank transfer which will enable the payment to be made free of charges. We would prefer not to put our bank account details directly on the web site, but please contact us for details using the contact page should you wish to make a bank transfer, or maybe even set up an annual standing order.

Thank you for your support. We are grateful for all donations received which will help us to help the community. But whether you feel able to make a donation is a personal decision, and you are under no pressure or obligation to do so.
